Massimo Romani

Entrepreneur basically since always, Massimo started his working career when he was 24 years old and his first important company when he was 29 years old in the Electronics business, even if, opposite and far away was his initial background in Architectural Design and building construction.  Then he opened many different activities in renewable energy and of course real estate construction and some patent solutions based on his own idea. As the market went up and down for a while, he also saw the downside of the economy when in 2008/2010 the construction and real estate business collapsed, or even worse, when a calculated bankruptcy of a client occurred. 

 

Becoming stronger and stronger after any downturn, always found the lesson in every event, instead of justifying himself behind simple excuses, he built his own business approach and way of thinking, creating his profound experiences now ready to share and teach those who understand that using his experience, or the experiences of others well trained in the market, will be a Great Shortcut to the achievement success people desire.

"I would have loved to have someone guide or teach me instead of learning 90% on my own with books and courses, and the remaining part in my own skin. I personally went all the way to the best I could find in my life, starting with Anthony Robbins, Shi, Keith J. Cunningham. And after some many communication and NLP courses, I got the mastery directly from Richard Bendel in London, as an amazing tool to find the best alignment and understanding people, adapting my communication to their own languages. I was able to change or remodel what I didn't like or was poorly thought out. With my friend Roy, I delved the subconscious mind, realizing that the sabotage and parts of our inner Soul if not well balanced can be a potential disaster for what I believe is the "Core Alignment" we must have between the "Inner Self", the Body Expression of our "We", and the Skills and Technical Tools we need to have to run the business we really want.

Last but not least, in my analysis, I felt that something was still missing... the glue that holds it all together... I like to call it "The Fourth Element", the real connection that is: Meditation. It helps in seeing things we are normally blind to see, and listening to people or just our inner voice that sometimes, out of convenience (comfort zone) or fear (sabotage) or stupidity we prefer not to listen or pay attention to. I had re-immersed myself with Roy, Martina and his Holistic courses, other teachers like Deepak Chopra and his healthy way of thinking combined with the deep journey into your Soul, Brian Weiss with others of deep immersion into your Soul's past life and his hypnosis techniques along with the Ericsonian method, some interesting Monks in the middle of nowhere in Korea Mountain, as well as many other different places."

Now after all this path of ups and downs and enforcing his experience in business, Massimo decided his next step, based on his main goal.... People's happiness, people's references, and the deep satisfaction of having learned something.
